Man With No Legs Missing From Staten Island Nursing Home, Police Say

STAPLETON — A man in a wheelchair with no legs is missing from a Staten Island nursing home, police said.

Sean Dowlings, 46, was last seen leaving his residence at the Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Specialty Healthcare at 91 Tompkins Ave. at 7 p.m. on Sunday, the NYPD said.

Police said Dowlings is bald and had both of his legs amputated. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt.

Richmond Center did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
