THE BRONX — A man was arrested Thursday, two days after he randomly slashed another man across the face outside a Morrisania bodega, police said.

Michael Hall, 31, who's been arrested at least 19 times, sliced the 38-year-old man outside the shop at Melrose Avenue and East 161st Street about 8:30 p.m., NYPD officials said.

Video released Thursday appears to show him lunging at the victim before running away.

The victim was listed in stable condition, but it wasn't immediately clear if he was hospitalized, officials said.

Hall was arrested about two blocks from his home about 12:50 p.m. Thursday, police said.

He's been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said. He hadn't been arraigned as of Friday morning, records show.

Hall has been arrested nearly 20 times since 2002, most recently in 2015 for criminal possession of marijuana, police said.
