By Aidan Gardiner | October 3, 2016 11:48am

BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man they said had been walking with a woman about six hours before she was found dead in a Bay Ridge park Thursday night, police said Sunday.

The man, who can be seen in surveillance footage released by police Sunday, was walking south on Second Avenue with Jennifer Cohen, 35, about 2:45 p.m., NYPD officials said.

Cohen, who lived in the neighborhood, was found dead with head and face trauma inside Owl Head Park about 9:10 p.m., officials said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Investigators didn't describe the man in the video as the suspect.

The man, who's about 5 feet 8 inches and 175 pounds, carried a backpack and was wearing a black jacket with white trim, black shorts with white trim, dark sneakers and a dark baseball cap, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
