MANHATTAN — Shmurda’s staying in jail.

A judge denied an attempt by rapper Bobby Shmurda’s legal team, record label and family to secure his release on $2 million bond at a hearing in Manhattan Thursday, prosecutors said.

The Brooklyn rapper, born Ackquille Pollard, is being held on gun and conspiracy charges that landed him in jail in December of 2014.

Shmurda’s appeal involved his record label, Epic Records, agreeing pay a $90,000 cash premium to a bail bondsman and his aunt putting up the value of four properties to secure his release, according to prosecutors on the case.

But a snafu with one of the aunt’s deeds ruined the deal, prosecutors said.

“Bail was denied as a result of issues related to the title and value of properties proposed as collateral for the bond,” said Kati Cornell, spokeswoman for the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor.

TMZ first reported the family’s plan to spring Shmurda on Wednesday, saying relatives were working with celebrity bondsman Ira Judelson to secure his release.

Calls to Judelson’s Manhattan office was not returned on Thursday. An inquiry to Epic Records was not immediately returned. Shmurda attorney, Alex Spiro, declined to comment on the case.

The 21-year-old performer from East Flatbush has been in custody since December 2014 when he and alleged members of the GS9 crew in Brooklyn were arrested and indicted on gun, drug and shooting charges.

He was hit with fresh charges in The Bronx this summer after his girlfriend tried to smuggle a shank onto Rikers for him.

Shmurda’s next court appearance is scheduled for January and his trial related to the GS9 charges will begin in February, according to court records and prosecutors.
