HELL'S KITCHEN — A fired Ninth Avenue kebab house worker ordered by a judge to stay away from the restaurant after threatening the owner at knifepoint continues to harass staffers with menacing phone calls, according to authorities and witnesses.

“I’m gonna make your face bloody and kill you,” Shafi Rouzyi, 44, told a terrified employee of Afghan Kebab House at 764 Ninth Ave. over the phone on Nov. 4 at roughly 7 p.m., police said.

"Blood is going to be all over your restaurant," Rouzyi told the restaurant owner Masbaul Talukder, 49, he said.

Talukder, who's owned the Afghan Kebab House for 30 years, has reported the threatening calls to police on multiple occasions and said he is frustrated that Rouzyi hasn't been re-arrested, despite a clear violation of the order of protection.

"My life is on the line," he said.

Talukder has known Rouzyi for years; he's the son of his business partner, he said. Talukder said Rouzyi has substance abuse problems and was estranged from some family members.

"Nobody can control him," he said.

A judge ordered Rouzyi to stay away from Talukder on Oct. 9, after he threatened Talukder with a knife at the restaurant and told him he was going to kill him, according to court documents and Talukder.

Rouzyi then stole $80 from the register and fled, police said. He was arrested two days later.

"I went to the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack," Talukder said. Turns out it was "just normal panic," he said.

Rouzyi faces robbery and weapons charges for that incident.

Rouzyi was released from custody after he made bail on Oct. 10 which was set at $2,500, according to records.

A few days later he started the threatening phone calls, Talukder said.

As of Tuesday, Rouzyi has not been taken into custody for violating the order of protection, police said, but he is due back in court on Nov. 12 for the Oct. 3 incident.

Rouzyi is also facing charges in Queens after he threatened to kill his wife and ransacked their apartment in College Point in February, breaking the television, smashing glass and breaking a hole in the wall, according to prosecutors.

Rouzyi's Legal Aid lawyer could not be reached for comment.

Meanwhile, Talukder said that some of his employees are scared of coming to work.

"One of these days something serious will happen in this restaurant, it's just a matter of time," he said. "And nobody's paying attention."
