HELLS KITCHEN — An worker at a kebab restaurant threatened another employee with a knife, demanded that he open the register and then ran off with $80 cash, police said.

“Get the f--- out of here. I'm going to kill you,” Shafi Rouzyi, 44, said to his terrified co-worker at Afghan Kebab House at 764 Ninth Ave., before he made off with the cash on Oct. 3 around 5 p.m., police said.

Rouzyi was arrested two days later and charged with robbery and weapons charges, records show.

It's the second time in a matter of months that Rouzyi has been accused of threatening someone's life.

In February, Rouzyi threatened his wife in their College Point home and ransacked the apartment — breaking the television, smashing glass in the bedroom and breaking a hole in the wall, prosecutors said.

Rouzyi was released on Feb. 10, several days after that incident.

Following his most recent offense, Rouzyi posted $5,000 bail on Oct. 10, according to prosecutors and correction records. He is due back in court on Nov. 12.

A worker at Afghan Kebab House declined to comment on the incident.

Rouzyi's defense attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
