FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A body was pulled out of the Hudson River Sunday, just off the coast of Battery Park, police said.
The NYPD's Harbor Unit pulled the fully-clothed body of a 23-year-old man from the river at about 1:45 p.m., police said.
After removing the man from the water, EMS examined the body near 1 South Street and pronounced him dead.
The man's identity is being withheld pending proper family notification, police said.
The Medical Examiner has not declared the cause of death yet, police said.
