CLINTON HILL — Myrtle Avenue is getting its first Starbucks.

The coffee giant is set to open a location at 394 Myrtle Ave., the space's architects New York Design confirmed.

The 4,800-square-foot space was formerly home to discount store Home & U storefront and has been vacant since the store shuttered nearly two years ago.

There are two Starbucks locations currently in the vicinity — one at Barclays Center and the other near MetroTech — but this is the first for the avenue that already counts several small coffee shops.

"We're proud of our coffee shop culture and invite you to seek out your favorite cup of joe at any of the wonderfully diverse options in the district," the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership wrote on their website after announcing Starbuck's opening.

"Below is a list of the coffee shops that are unique to Myrtle Avenue and that you won't find anywhere else," they added, noting Brewklyn Grind Coffee Roasters, Red Lantern Bicycles & Café, The Joint on Myrtle, Pushkin Creperie & Bakery, Pillow Cafe-Lounge and more.

It is unclear when Starbucks will open and company representatives could not immediately be reached for comment.
