CHELSEA — A woman stole a man’s $25,000 Audemars Piguet watch after he invited her to his apartment and fell asleep, police said.

The 25-year-old man met the woman, 26, at a nightclub and took her to his West 17th Street apartment on Oct. 15, police said.

The victim fell asleep at 5 a.m. and the woman left at 6:20 a.m., police said, but the man did not realize his watch and other belongings were missing until 11 a.m. that day.

In addition to the watch, the woman stole $400 in cash and the man's two credit cards, police said. Police described her as being 5-foot-4 and about 100 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair.

Other recent crimes in the 10th Precinct include:

► A 38-year-old woman reported her $10,000 engagement ring missing on Oct. 24 after she discovered that it was not where she stored it, police said. The princess-cut diamond ring had been wrapped in a towel and placed inside a bathroom closet in the woman's West 18th Street apartment, she told police.

Several people have had access to her apartment, she told the police, including workers doing construction inside her unit. Police had no suspect in the case.

► A 27-year-old man lost his iPhone 5s, worth $700, and Nautica wallet filled with his credit cards after meeting four men at Brass Monkey at 55 Little W. 12th St. on Oct. 11, police said.

The men offered to drive the victim, who was intoxicated, to an after-party in their black BMW at about 4 a.m., police said. They had driven around for approximately 30 minutes when the victim realized that his belongs were missing, according to the NYPD.

When the victim asked the men about his property, they kicked him out of the vehicle, police said. He later found $232 in unauthorized charges on his Chase debit card and $40 on his American Express credit card, according to the NYPD.

The man did not remember where he was dropped off because he was intoxicated, police said.

Brass Monkey did not immediately return requests for comment.

► Two paintings worth $250 each and 150 comic books worth a total of $450 were taken from a room at the Jacob Javits Center during New York Comic Con, police said. According to the 49-year-old man who reported the theft, the room was closed during the night and under watch 24 hours a day by uniformed security.
