CLINTON HILL — An armed robber held up Outpost Lounge at gunpoint, making off with cash and a laptop after saying "I don't want to kill anyone," police said.

The thief entered the front door of the cafe, which was open, around 9:35 p.m. on Aug. 22 holding a firearm and told an employee behind the bar to put cash and a laptop in a bag, police said.

He then held the gun to the side of another employee and said, "I don't want to kill anyone," according to police.

The suspect made off with $1,400 in cash and an HP Pavilion laptop, according to police.

The owner of Outpost Lounge did not respond to a request for comment.

Police describe the suspect as a 5-foot-7 man wearing black jogging pants, black sweatshirt and a black bandana.

No arrests were made, the NYPD said.
