JACKSON HEIGHTS — An urgent care center is set to open on the ground floor of a new luxury apartment building along Roosevelt Avenue.

HEAL, which is affiliated with walk-in CityMD, will occupy most of the 6,930 square feet of retail space underneath the 7 train, according to a posting on the building and the leasing agent.

There are three CityMD locations in Queens, including Forest Hills and Maspeth, and dozens more centers open or scheduled to open around the city, Long Island and in Westchester and Rockland counties.

The Jackson Heights facility, which described itself as being "community centered," is hiring medical assistants, X-ray technicians and more, according to a notice on the building.

They'll have an information session on Friday, May 30 at the CityMD location in Astoria from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

An email to a spokeswoman for CityMD did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Roosevelt began renting last fall and features floor-to-ceiling windows and solar panels on the roof — with rents starting at more than $2,100.

Penthouses, with sprawling views of the city, recently rented for around $3,300 a month, according to Citi Habitats, which listed the building.

Five two-bedroom apartments and one single bedroom unit were available at a steep discount to those who qualify through a lottery with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Construction is underway on HEAL, but it's not clear when the space will open.
