Man Shot and Killed in Clinton Hill, Police Say

CLINTON HILL — A 65-year-old man was shot and killed in Brooklyn early Saturday, according to Police.

Law enforcement officers responded to a 911 call just after 4 a.m. Saturday about a man being shot in front of 424 Grand Ave., between Gates and Putnam Aves.

Upon arrival, police discovered that the victim had sustained a gunshot wound to the torso, and was unconscious and unresponsive.

The victim was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police are yet to make any arrests in connection with the shooting, and the investigation is ongoing.
