Cops released footage of the cyclist in a flourescent yellow vest, seen crossing against traffic.

The victim, identified by police at 20-year-old Kyle Larson of Manhasset, Long Island, was riding his skateboard southbound on Union Square West near East 17th Street when he lost control and was struck by a delivery truck around 11:15 a.m., police said.
