MANHATTAN — Alleged "Millionaire Madam" Anna Gristina is looking to have her $2 million bail reduced because she wants to care for her nine-year-old son, who is suffering from a heart murmur, according to a letter her attorney was set to file Friday.

The document says that a doctor recently diagnosed the upstate soccer mom's son with the condition and she is "distraught and despondent over her inability to provide care and comfort to her son in this stressful period."

Gristina, who has been jailed at Rikers Island since her February arrest and has unsuccessfully tried numerous times to have her bail reduced, cited "the great amount of time she has already spent behind bars, but also the medical needs of her son."

According to the document, "the overwhelming majority of children who so suffer recover without permanent injury," but the boy will undergo further testing.

The accused madam faces a single count of promoting prostitution for allegedly running a multi-million dollar call girl ring out of an Upper East Side apartment.

Her lawyers have argued on four separate occasions that the bail was excessive, but a judge shot down the arguments each time.

Prosecutors say they fear the Scottish national, who has a British passport, will flee.

But according to the document, because of her son's condition, there's now a "substantial change in circumstances warranting reconsideration."

The letter requests that Gristina appear in court on June 7 for the bail hearing.
