Police collared a Brooklyn man at posh celebrity hotspot Le Bain in the Meatpacking District after he allegedly attacked a 23-year-old woman, fondling her and forcing her to perform oral sex at the bar early Monday morning.

Philip Manning, 34, of Brooklyn, was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault and forcible touching in connection with the attack, police said.

The incident began about 1:30 a.m. Monday morning, when Manning approached the victim and offered to buy her a drink. He then led her to another area of the rooftop bar, where he then forced her into a bathroom, groped her and insisted that she perform oral sex, preventing her from leaving until she did so.

The young woman complied and fled, police said. Manning, who apparently continued to party after the assault, was arrested there about 3:30 a.m.
