MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — An unhinged Occupy Wall Street protester from the Bronx threatened during a rally to toss a Molotov cocktail into the Herald Square Macy's in a videotaped rant that went viral, prosecutors said Thursday.

Protester Nkrumah Tinsley, 29, a Borough of Manhattan Community College student, was videotaped ranting about destroying the city on Wednesday, trying to motivate the crowd around him.

"We gonna meet them ni---z at the f---ing Stock Exchange, we gonna rock this f---ing city, we gonna burn this s--t to the motherf--king ground on the 17th," his tirade began.

"No more talking. They got guns, we got bottles...In a few days, you're going to see what a Molotov cocktail can do to Macy's," he continued, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors said he admitted he was the one on the video making the threats.

Tinsley, who was held in lieu of $25,000 bail, was charged with making a terrorist threat.

The suspect was also arrested on Oct. 26 and charged with assaulting a police officer at 12 Barclay St. during an Occupy Wall Street rally and released without bail.

His attorney argued he did not actually mean to carry out the threats he allegedly made.

Tinsley is due back in court on Nov. 22 and faces up to seven years in prison on this case.
