UPPER EAST SIDE — A car crash caused major delays on the FDR Drive Thursday morning.
The crash occured at 96th street on the southbound lane of the FDR around 6:30 a.m., according to FDNY.
It's not immediately clear if there have been any injuries. Emergency crews are on the scene, Fox reported.
