MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — A Harlem man accused of killing both his grandmother and a sex partner — on separate occasions — gave a disturbing account of the day he stuffed his grandmother in a closet and had sex on her bed.

The alleged fiend, Larry Davis, 22, claimed his grandmother fell to the ground as he was walking out of the door to leave her apartment at 350 E. 124 St., where he was not supposed to be because of an order of protection.

He said he was "freaking out because I never saw a dead body before in my life," according to statements filed by the district attorney's office at his arraignment in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.

"I had so many emotions going on in my head that I can't explain why putting grandma in the closet was the best thing," he added in describing what he did with a frail, asthma-stricken Cora Davis, 76, according to court documents.

Prosecutors say he attacked her on March 28 when she refused to give him $175 and instead offered only $1.

After the attack Davis - who was charged last month with the Aug. 19, 2010, murder of Richard McCoy in Brooklyn, who he allegedly strangled during rough sex - turned his attention to sex, according to a statement he gave to prosecutors.

He "was looking on a dating websites looking to get laid," the statement said.

Then he took a cab to pick up friends, some pot and a prostitute named "Christina" to bring back to the apartment.

But his uncle walked in on him with the prostitute in his grandmother's bedroom, where her body was stuffed away.

Davis is due back in court in Manhattan on July 20 and in Brooklyn on Aug. 5.
