MANHATTAN — While Manhattan digs itself out from a blizzard, the Knicks will head to sunny South Beach for a rematch against LeBron James and the Miami Heat.

James crushed the Knicks at Madison Square Garden earlier this month, scoring a triple-double in a 113-91 victory.

But the Knicks are 2-1 since that game, and are coming off wins against good teams: the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Chicago Bulls.

Knicks players seemed ready to face James again, if only to escape the bitter cold in New York. While it's just above 20 degrees here in Manhattan, forecasts say it will reach 66 degrees in Miami.

"No better day to be going to MIA than today," forward Wilson Chandler tweeted, "this snow is crazy."

Center Ronny Turiaf tweeted words of thanks to airport personnel for being helpful, "And to the others stranded, making the most of it."

I'd like to thank the airport personnel for being helpful here And to the others stranded, making the most of it."

The Knicks look to have a better game against the Heat than they did Dec. 17. In that game, they played James and co. tough for the first half before falling apart in the second.

James scored 32 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and dished 10 assists then

He also heard plenty of boos from Knick fans.

“I understand,” James told the New York Times. “It’s something that I’ve gotten over my career on the road. So I don’t have to adjust to it. The fans here are great.”
