MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — Two men charged with killing a Pace University student were indicted on murder, burglary and other charges Wednesday, prosecutors said.

East Village residents Randy Colon and Raymond Rizzo, both 30, were charged with killing 21-year-old Max Moreno in his Gold Street apartment.

Prosecutors said Colon pulled the trigger while Rizzo scanned the apartment for items to rob.

Both of them "attacked a surviving eyewitness," according to prosecutors.

The pair pleaded not guilty at their Manhattan Supreme Court arraignment on Wednesday.
