MANHATTAN — Ice-T reaffirmed his intention to file a lawsuit Monday night over his July 20 arrest in Hell's Kitchen, and again slammed the New York City cop who took him to jail for an "insurance lapse," according to a video that aired on TMZ Tuesday.

The rapper and "Law and Order: SVU" star relayed a similar story to the one he told last week using the video networking site USTREAM, saying that he would sue the Department of Motor Vehicles or the insurance company involved — but he made no mention of suing the NYPD.

"I ain't been in handcuffs in 15 years," Ice told the TMZ reporter Monday. "So it was crazy, you dig. Basically, he took me to jail because he could."

Ice-T explained that the officer found an insurance lapse from 2008 and that, instead of just writing the celebrity a ticket, decided to take him to jail.

"'I know who you are and I don't give a f***,'" Ice quoted the officer as saying.

"At the end of the day, after I get this dismissed," Ice told the gossip site, "I either can sue the DMV or the insurance company and that’s when I have my revenge."
