MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — An Upper West Side man charged with nearly decapitating his father before trying to kill himself in the apartment where he was raised claimed his dad sexually abused him as a child, according to court papers unsealed Tuesday.

"My father used to molest me. He tried to rape me when I was a kid," accused killer Julian Kurita, 33, told police after he called 911 to report that he killed his 70-year-old father, Fumitaka Kurita, known as Frank, on July 19, the documents said.

"He used to f--- me up when I was a baby," Kurita added, according to the documents.

Kurtia was arraigned on a second-degree murder charge on Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Court documents reveal a timeline of events beginning with when Kurita called police to tell them what he'd done and to ask if he'd survive his own self-inflicted injuries.

"I slit my wrists. Am I going to bleed to death?" Kurita asked an EMS worker before heading to St. Luke's Hospital for treatment, according to the papers.

Kurita has been held at Bellevue Hospital's psychiatric ward for evaluation.

He told EMT workers he was taking medication, although it is not yet known for what. A neighbor told DNAinfo that Julian Kurita suffered from mental illness and that his mother, Valerie Kurita, had tried natural methods to treat him.

Roughly four hours after the murder was reported, police played the 911 call for Kurita's mother who identified his voice, the documents show.
