MANHATTAN — A former stripper is suing Penthouse for "humiliation" after her photos ended up on billboards for Scores strip club, the New York Post reported.

Nicole Hughes claims she posed for the steamy photos while working as an exotic dancer at the Penthouse Executive Club on W. 45th Street in a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court and obtained by the Post.

Hughes says in the suit that she was pressured into signing a release on the photos and promised they would only appear in Penthouse-related publicity.

But the same pictures started popping up on billboards around New York City late last year in ads for “Scores” strip clubs, the Post reported.

The suit reportedly claims Hughes’ reputation and “integrity as an adult entertainer” was “damaged” as a result of the strip club swap job.

Now, Hughes wants damages for emotional distress and humiliation, the Post reported.
