MANHATTAN — A Manhattan woman and former bikini model whose image was used to sexually inspire Jon Favreau in the movie "Couple's Retreat" is suing the film's producers for $10 million.

Irina Krupnik, a makeup artist and former model, only learned one of her racy photos was used as a prop character portrayed by the former "Swingers" star Favreau after the film was released, the New York Post reported.

"That photo was taken nearly 10 years ago for a modeling job when Ms. Krupnik, a native of the former Soviet Union, was just 21 years old," the suit said, according to the Post. It says Krupnik was not aware her image would be used "sexual and degrading context."

In the movie, Favreau pleasures himself while his wife, played by "Sex and the City" star Kristin Davis, is in the bathroom.

Tom Mullaney, Krupnik's lawyer, said told the Post his client had signed a release when the photos were taken, but he said she never thought her photos would be used in a "quasi-pornographic context."

The movie caused her "great humiliation, embarrassment, emotional distress, shame, mortification and injury to her reputation and career," the suit said, according to the Post.
