MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — Lil' Wayne may be the luckiest felon in Manhattan.

The Cash Money Records rapper's one-year trip to Rikers Island has now been delayed for a third time, and the rapper will now have until Monday, to turn himself in for sentencing.

A two-alarm fire Tuesday at 100 Centre Street, the main criminal court building in Manhattan, displaced thousands of cases scheudled for appearances on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The building has been closed since a wooden storage shed ignited in the basement at 10:29 a.m. on Tuesday.

Lil' Wayne was scheduled to be sentenced in February, but the matter was postponed so the performer could undergo dental surgery on his "gangsta grillz"-adorned mouth.

Several Lil Wayne Fans, including twins Kelly and Shannon Mulkern, were camped outside the court building Tuesday hoping to catch a glimpse of the star.

"We're huge Lil Wayne fans," the twins told DNAinfo. "We'd stalk him if we could."

With an extra day of freedom in New York, Lil Wayne, who's real name is Dwayne Carter, made an appearance at Jay-Z's sold-out Madison Square Garden concert.

Carter's attorney Stacey Richman said she's not sure whether he plans to go home to Florida in his unexpected free time.
