MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — Linda Stein's daughters will be permitted to watch the trial of their mother's accused killer, a Manhattan judge ruled on Friday.

Both daughters — Samantha and Mandi Stein — are expected to testify against Natavia Lowery, 38, the personal assistant who worked for the celebrity realtor and ex-Ramones manager.

Normally witnesses are not allowed to be in the audience of a trial in which they have testified.

Prosecutors argued on behalf of the Stein family for allowing them to sit in.

"It would be a heartache for these young women not to be able to see this trial in full," said Assistant District Attorney Joan Illuzzi-Orbon.

As a murder trial looms for Lowery in Manhattan, she now also faces charges in the Bronx for allegedly throwing urine at a corrections officer at Rikers Island, the New York Post reported.

Lowery is awaiting a Bronx Criminal Court arraignment on those charges.
