MANHATTAN — A Brooklyn man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl at Zuccotti Park last week, and is being investigated for another alleged incident, sources said.

Tonye Iketubosin, 26, was charged with sex abuse for one alleged incident on Oct. 25 and was being questioned in another that allegedly occurred Oct. 29 at the Lower Manhattan encampment of the Occupy Wall Street protest, near the World Trade Center.

In the first case, sources said that the suspect befriended the 18-year-old victim days earlier and she asked that he help her set up her tent.

When she went inside the tent early in the morning of Oct. 25, she found the suspect there and tried to get him to leave.

But Iketubosin allegedly refused and groped the victim, police said.

He was charged with third degree sex abuse and attempted sex abuse in that case, sources said.

Iketubosin is also being eyed in another alleged incident on Oct. 29 when an 18 year-old woman was sexually assaulted in her tent while she was sleeping.

He has not been charged in that case.

"I don't know any specifics about this person or incident - but I can say that we take security and safety very seriously at the park and have many dedicated working groups that are devoted to creating and maintaining a safe space in Liberty Square," said Occupy Wall Street spokesman Patrick Bruner.
