MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — The woman who was brutally beaten during an argument over a Lower East Side parking lot has come out of her coma, lawyers revealed on Thursday.
The news was revealed outside the courtroom after an appearance for Oscar Fuller, who's accused of viciously beating 25-year-old Lana Rosas. Fuller pleaded not guilty to assault charges on Thursday.
Rosas was put into a coma when her head slammed against the asphalt after she was allegedly punched in the face by Fuller in Stuyvesant Town on Feb. 25.
Fuller, 34, claimed the 4-foot-11 woman hit him first and striking her was nothing more than a "reflex" reaction.
He apologized for hurting Rosas but said hurting her was completely unintentional after a court appearance last month.

"No one could ever foresee that by striking someone once in the face, they're going to fall back, hit their head on the pavement, fracture their skull and end up in a coma," Fuller's lawyer, Thomas Kenniff, said on March 7.
Prosecutors said there is surveillance footage taken by a camera close to the 506 East 14th Street parking space, but it is still unclear how much of the incident was captured on tape.
Fuller, who is out on $100,000 bail, is scheduled to be in court again on May 26.
