MIDTOWN WEST — Memorial Day is upon us, which means it's Fleet Week time in Manhattan.
The week of events honoring the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. kicked off Wednesday with a parade of about a dozen military ships making their way up the Hudson River.
The ships will be on display at the Intrepid at 42nd Street and the West Side Highway for the duration of Fleet Week.
The festivities will conclude Monday May 31, with a 3-Volley Salute and a military fly-over over the Hudson River.
