MANHATTAN CRIMINAL COURT — Midtown stripper and porn actress Cassandra Malandri was found not guilty of prostitution by a Manhattan criminal court judge on Tuesday.
Malandri, 27, said she's leaving the adult entertainment business for good after suffering the humiliation of the criminal trial.
"It was embarrassing," said Malandri, who also goes by the on-screen alias Alexia Moore. "Because I did nothing wrong the whole time."
After hearing the bench verdict, Malandri embraced her attorneys and passionately locked lips with her fiancè in the courtroom aisle.
Malandri and co-defendant Falynn Rodriguez were a "simulated" lesbian show duo at Big Daddy Lou's Hot Lap Dance Club on W. 38th Street.

Both were charged with offering an undercover NYPD detective $5,000 in exchange for group sex at an unidentified location and a $300 girl-on-girl fondling show in the champagne room of the club.
The prosecution's case rested almost entirely on the word of the undercover officer, who did not record the purported agreement, citing difficulties with wearing a wire in a strip club environment. The officer testified in a closed court last week to protect his identity.
The charge against Rodriguez, 27, was dismissed on Friday, the same day Malandri took the stand to briefly testify about her duties as a professional stripper.
Malandri flatly denied offering the officer anything but erotic lap dances at $20 a go.
What's next for the soon-to-be retired Midtown stripper?
"Something with animals," the bashful blond told reporters outside the courthouse.
