Brooke Astor's son Anthony Marshall has been found guilty on most of the charges in the trial to determine whether he defrauded his socialite mother of her estate.

Marshall, an 86-year-old war veteran, is now facing a prison sentence between one and 25 years after being convicted on the most serious grand larceny charges.

After 11 days of deliberations, which saw the jury almost fall apart when a woman complained she'd been threatened, the 12 jurors delivered a partial verdict. They remain hung on some counts.

It was unclear in early reports exactly which counts the jury remained undecided on, and if they had acquitted Marshall on any of the 18 charges brought against him.
