Advocates say bike riders were unfairly targeted in the hours after a fatal Greenpoint crash.

David Cruz-Rodriguez was charged with three counts of forcible touching, police said. 

The driver struck four cyclists participating in the NYC Century Bike Tour on Sunday, police said.
