A fire erupted on the 28th floor of 120 Broadway, steps from the Occupy Wall Street encampment at Zuccotti Park in Lower Manhattan on Friday.

A train service was suspended in both directions from Dyckman Street to Inwood-207th Street during evening rush hour Thursday due to a fire.

A fire broke out in a 14-story building  on West 103rd Street.

The blaze was sparked a day after an FDNY crew was called to check an electrical problem.
