WOODSIDE — A man wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the words "I Love Westside Market" groped a woman at a Queens subway station last month, police said — leading staff from the Manhattan grocery store chain to investigate who it could have been.

The suspect approached the 29-year-old woman from behind as she was entering the 7 Train station at 61st Street in Woodside just after 10 a.m. on Sept. 21, and grabbed her butt, according to the NYPD

Ian Joskowitz, chief operating officer for Westside Market — which has five grocery store locations — said he wasn't aware of the incident until a DNAinfo reporter told him about it.

He said the chain's "I Love Westside Market" T-shirts are given out to company staffers, as well as to vendors and customers. The shirts are also available for sale at Westside Market stores.

"We are conducting an internal investigation right now," he said.

The suspect was described as between 30 and 35 years old, and standing between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-4, police said.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
