MIDTOWN — Signal issues near Rockefeller Center sparked a series of delays, crowding and other service changes along subway lines across four boroughs Monday morning, according to the MTA.
Riders took to social media to vent their frustrations about the sluggish and crowded morning commute.

B trains were not running between Norwood-205th Street and Coney Island in either direction, while M trains were not running between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and Delancey Street either way, the MTA said.
Brooklyn-bound D trains were running on the C line from Columbus Circle to West 4th Street, then were running via the F to Coney Island, officials said.
Bronx-bound D trains were stopping along the A from West 4th Street to Columbus Circle, while Brooklyn-bound F trains ran along the G and E lines at various points, the MTA said.
"We apologize for this morning's delays, and we are returning to normal service," MTA spokeswoman Amanda Kwan said. "Crews repaired a circuit breaker and signal issue."
Straphangers were cautioned to expect delays on the A, B, C, D, E, F, G and M lines.

In an unrelated incident, a 33-year-old woman went into labor on the mezzanine of the Brooklyn Bridge 4 train stop around 3:15 a.m. and gave birth to a baby boy. She was taken to New York Downtown Hospital in stable condition, the NYPD said.
