CROWN HEIGHTS — A masked motorcyclist opened fire on the occupants of a car after getting into a shouting match with the driver at a stoplight Tuesday afternoon, according to a police report.

Both vehicles were stopped at the light on Kingston Street at Atlantic Avenue at about 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, when the biker and the the driver of the sedan got into an argument that turned physical, police said.

As the driver turned right onto Atlantic Avenue, the motorcyclist zoomed after him, and in the middle of the block opened fire on his adversary, firing multiple shots into the car, which had two passengers inside in addition to the driver, police said.

The biker, who was wearing a white mask, a dark hoodie, and light jeans, then sped away from the scene on his black motorcycle, but surveillance video released by police captured footage of him adjusting something that police described as a black handgun in his sweatshirt pocket.

No one in the car was injured in the hail of gunfire, police said.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit tips on the website.
