QUEENS — Police arrested a man who was caught on video beating another man with a metal travel cup for stealing his massage gig, according to authorities.

Heping Cheng, 38, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of assault in relation to the July 19 incident at the New World Mall on Roosevelt Avenue near Main Street, police said.

Cheng, who goes by "Charlie," is seen on video pummeling the 30-year-old victim in a spa in the mall after the victim stole a massage client from him, police said.

The victim received a cut to his head and was treated New York-Presbyterian Queens, according to authorities. 

Cheng was still awaiting arraignment as of Friday evening, records show.
