ELMHURST — A man was found dead after he was punched during a brawl outside a strip club on Queens Boulevard early Saturday, police said.
The victim, 24, who has not been identified, was found at the corner of Queens Boulevard and Hillyer Street, in front of Vanity Nightclub, just before 5 a.m. on Saturday.
He was found unconscious with trauma on his head and taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
Police said the man was punched during a fight outside the club, but are still investigating what happened after the fight, a spokesman said.
