QUEENS — A man, who police said placed a skimming device on an ATM in a Forest Hills bank earlier this year, hit again, this time installing the mechanism in Rego Park, authorities said.

The device was found on Saturday, May 3 on an ATM in the Astoria Bank at 97-33 Queens Blvd., police said.

Bank employees noticed the device shortly after it was installed and shut down the ATM machine before customers were able to use it, according to the NYPD, which released new photos of the suspect Tuesday.

In April, surveillance photos captured the suspect installing the device at another branch of Astoria Bank located at 63-72 108 St. in Forest Hills, police said.
