CROWN HEIGHTS — A second man has been arrested in a fatal drive-by shooting that left a 37-year-old man dead and two others wounded last year, police said.

Raye Reynolds, 28, of Prospect-Lefferts Gardens is set to be charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting of 37-year-old Akaijah Evelyn in Crown Heights last September.

Reynolds is accused of being part of a group that drove up to Evelyn and two other men standing on St. Marks Avenue near New York Avenue and opened fire over a drug dispute, police said at the time.

As of Friday afternoon, Reynolds had not yet been formally charged in the case and is awaiting arraignment, prosecutors said.

He is the second man arrested in the case. In January, police arrested Donnell Moore, 35, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, the NYPD said.

Moore is accused of being the getaway driver, and was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, according to his criminal complaint.
