THE BRONX — Police arrested a man Monday for following a teen and her two younger cousins into an elevator and masturbating onto her, NYPD officials said.

Shaquille Farrish, 23, was headed to a Bronx court appointment Monday when someone recognized him and called police, who came and arrested him for burglary, reckless endangerment of a child and sexual abuse, police said.

Farrish, who lives in the neighborhood on Mount Hope Place, was arraigned Tuesday and held on $50,000 bail, records show. He's due back in court on May 19.

On April 30, Farrish followed the 17-year-old girl and her two 4-year-old cousins into her building near Grand Concourse and East 163rd Street about 6:30 p.m. and accosted her before fleeing the scene, police said.

Farrish has been arrested 10 times since 2011, most recently on April 6 for beating a man who had an order of protection against him, according to police and records.

He repeatedly punched the man in the back of the head and lower back inside an East 108th Street building, according to the criminal complaint against him.

The order of protection against Farrish was due to expire on May 5, prosecutors said. It wasn't immediately clear how he knew the victim.
