THE BRONX — A man followed a teen girl and her younger cousins into an elevator and masturbated onto her, police said.
The suspect, who can be seen in police footage released Thursday night, followed the girls into the elevator of an apartment building near Grand Concourse and East 163rd Street about 6:30 p.m. April 30, NYPD officials said.
The suspect, who wore an Orlando Magic baseball hat, accosted the oldest girl and fled the elevator, police said.
He hadn't been arrested as of Friday morning, police said.
The suspect is about 25 and was last seen wearing Nikes, police said.
