MURRAY HILL — An Asian bistro known for its cheap cocktails was shuttered by health inspectors due to mice and roaches, city records show.

East Pacific Pan Asian Bistro, at 120 E. 34th St. and Lexington Avenue, failed a Health Department inspection Tuesday when an inspector found evidence of the vermin in the restaurant.

Cold food items weren't kept as cold as they should have been, and equipment and utensils weren't properly stored or used, records show. The eatery was slapped with a total of 46 violation points.

East Pacific Pan Asian Bistro features variety of dishes from across Asian, including sushi, tempura, noodle dishes and other plates, according to its menu.

It also has a cheap happy hour, as reviewers online have raved about its $4 mojitos and $3 pomegranate martinis.

An employee at the restaurant said that it would reopen for dinner on Thursday after taking care of the violations

The Department of Health did not immediately return a request for comment.
