UPPER WEST SIDE — It's all clear skies and rainbows for Dr. Jonathan Zizmor now that his luck on the real estate market has changed.
Public records show that the retired dermatologist — whose colorfully kitschy ads promising clients "beautiful, clear skin" were a mainstay in subway cars for more than 25 years — sold his two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on West 86th Street for $1.465 million, as Curbed New York first reported.
The late March sale comes after he and his wife struggled to unload their Bronx mansion, which was initially listed for $4.3 million in 2012, but ultimately sold for $2.83 million in 2016.
The co-op unit at 200 W. 86th St. features a sunken living room, beamed ceilings, moldings, hardwood flooring and large closets, according to the StreetEasy listing.
The pad requires renovations, which the listing spins as an opportunity for creative expression.

"Is it your desire to design your dream digs?" the listing reads. "Well, pinch yourself; opportunity knocks with this picture perfect pad in need of polish and pizzazz. A clean palate with excellent bone structure awaits your creative eye and restorative talents."
