Easter is just a bunny hop away.

The holiday comes on Sunday, April 16 this year, and New York City has no shortage of kid-friendly Easter events both leading up to and on the day.

Whether you celebrate the religious holiday or are looking for an Easter egg hunt for the kids, you can find an outing for your family. Jump to your borough here: ► MANHATTAN ► QUEENS ► BROOKLYN ► THE BRONX ► STATEN ISLAND

MANHATTAN

► Easter-Themed INSTAX Photo Crafts Workshop

When: Saturday, April 8, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Wonder Photo Shop, 176 Fifth Ave., Flatiron

Kids ages five to 14 can create personalized Easter-themed photo frames, keepsake boxes or garlands using instant cameras at a free workshop this weekend. Space is limited, so registration is required.

The Isham Park Egg Hunt 

When: Saturday, April 8, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Where: Park Terrace, Seaman Avenue from West 214 and 218 streets, Inwood

The free, volunteer-led Isham Park Egg Hunt is back with baked goods, colorful eggs, candy and the Easter Bunny. The eggs go fast, so organizers urge families to get there at 10 a.m. sharp. 

► CMOM’s Annual Museum-Wide Easter Egg

When: Saturday, April 15, 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. 
Where: Children’s Museum of Manhattan, 83rd Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, Upper West Side

Go on a scavenger hunt for hidden images of Easter eggs at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan. Don’t forget to grab a scavenger hunt booklet and track where you see each hidden image. Your completed booklet will get you a prize in the museum's lobby.

► TNF's Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Bunny Fun 

When: Saturday, April 15, 10:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. 
Where: Sakura Park, West 122nd Street and Claremont Avenue, Upper West Side 

Participants in Think 'N' Fun's (TNF) annual Easter Egg Hunt will get TNF bunny baskets for egg collecting, a light snack and beverage, egg hunting, a festive hand or cheek painting stamp and accessory, and a photo opportunity with TNF’s Easter Bunny. Pre-registration for this event is required, and ticket from $13 to $40.

► NYSoM Easter Eggstravaganza 2017 

When: Saturday, April 15, 12 to 3 p.m. 
Where: Target East Harlem Community Garden, 417 E. 117 St., Harlem 

The NYSoM Eggstravaganza will include an Easter Egg Hunt, Easter egg painting, an arts and crafts table, and pictures with the Easter Bunny. For more information and free registration click here.

► The High Line Hotel’s Annual Easter Event

When: Sunday, April 16, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: The High Line Hotel, 180 10th Ave., Chelsea

The High Line Hotel’s fourth-annual Easter celebration will feature crafts, two petting zoos and an Easter Bunny meet-and-greet. 

QUEENS

Barnyard Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 15, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Where: Queens County Farm Museum, 73-50 Little Neck Parkway, Bellerose

Take part in all the barnyard fun with ongoing egg hunts in the orchard with Whiskers the Bunny. Have fun egg tossing, egg rolling, visiting farm animals and riding hayrides. Advance tickets are required, and you can purchase them here.

► Easter Egg Hunt 

When: Wednesday, April 19, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. 
Where: Lewis Howard Latimer House Museum, 34-41 137th St., Flushing  

Enjoy a free Easter Egg Hunt in the garden of the Lewis H. Latimer House. This event is for children under the age of 11.

Easter Egg Hunt and Free Luncheon

When: Sunday, April 16, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Where: The Harvest Room, 90-40 160th St., Jamaica

Enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt and free luncheon organized by Peoples First Baptist Church in Jamaica. People of all religions are welcome, especially those who feel vulnerable and lonely. The egg hunt will be held on an outdoor patio. Those interested should RSVP via phone at (631) 662 3177. 

BROOKLYN

► The People’s Palm Sunday Parade

When: Sunday, April 9, 11:30 to noon
Where: Maria Hernandez Park, Irving and Starr streets, Bushwick

Episcopalian church Bushwick Abbey is hosting a Palm Sunday parade through Maria Hernandez Park, featuring a full brass band, second line style. People of all religions are welcome.

► Green Meadows Farm Easter Egg

When: Thursday, April 13 to Monday, April 17, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Aviator Sports and Events Center, 3159 Flatbush Ave., Gerritsen Beach

Bring your Easter baskets to this Green Meadows Farm Easter tradition. The $9 admission fee includes an egg hunt, photos with Whiskers the Bunny, a hayride, playgrounds, operating the farm’s bulldozer, milking the farm cow, animal petting and a fun house. For an extra fee, you can also enjoy pony rides, animal feed and Easter baskets.

► Easter “Egg”stravaganza Treasure Hunt

When: Saturday, April 15, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Shipwrecked Mini Golf, 621 Court St., Red Hook

Meet the Easter Bunny and search for hidden eggs stashed in a miniature golf course. Tickets are $5 with the purchase of a kid’s round of golf.

McGolrick Egg Hunt  

When: Saturday, April 15, 12 to 3 p.m. 
Where: McGolrick Park, Driggs Avenue and Russell Street, Greenpoint

Bring your own eggs and baskets to this fun day in Greenpoint. Crafts and live music will also take place at the park. 

Easter Eggstravaganza 

When: Saturday, April 15, 2 to 4 p.m. 
Where: The Evergreens Cemetery, 1629 Bushwick Ave., Cypress Hills

This free egg hunt also features a petting zoo and refreshments. The Easter Bunny will be visiting from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the egg hunt will take place at 2:30 p.m. Pre-registration is appreciated but not required, and you should plan to bring your own baskets.

THE BRONX

Early Literacy: Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 15, 10 a.m. 
Where: Sedgwick Library, 1701 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Morris Heights

Bring your baskets to find the eggs hidden throughout the Sedgwick Library. The egg hunt will be followed by Bunny Storytime. This event is for children ages 1 to 5.  

STATEN ISLAND

Easter Egg Hunt  

When: Saturday, April 15, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Where: Historic Richmond Town, 441 Claremont Ave., Tottenville

Bring an egg carton to decorate in high Victorian style! This event will transform your ordinary egg carton into an eggstra-ordinary work of art that holds up to 6 candy filled eggs. Come on down to also meet the Easter Bunny in a decorated Victorian town house. Refreshments will be served. Purchase tickets here.
