Pop star Justin Timberlake and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, have bought a penthouse at 443 Greenwich St., according to the Real Deal.
It wasn't certain which fancy apartment they'd purchased, but the Real Deal said the most likely option was a $27.5 million, 5,375-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo.
The 1880s building, which was converted into condos several years ago, reportedly has some "paparazzi-proof" features, like lower-level parking and an interior courtyard garden that's made it attractive to other famous residents, including Jennifer Lawrence and Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds.
The building also has an expansive rooftop, and giant pool — but it wasn't quite right for comedian Mike Myers, who reportedly bought a place there for $14.65 million, relisted it a week after the deal closed, and sold the apartment for $14 million without ever living there.
