A New York Congressman represented B-K to the fullest on Thursday, paying tribute to the late rapper Biggie Smalls on the House floor.

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries rapped the first few bars from Notorious B.I.G’s hit, “Juicy,” commemorating the 20-year anniversary of the Brooklyn native’s death.

“It was all a dream, I used to read Word Up! magazine/Salt-n-Pepa and Heavy D up in the limousine/Hangin' pictures on my wall/Every Saturday Rap Attack, Mr. Magic, Marley Marl,” Jeffries recited, standing next to a large portrait of the "King of New York."

“I’ve got the privilege of representing the district where Biggie Smalls was raised. ... His rags-to-riches life story is the classic embodiment of the American dream. Biggie Smalls is gone but he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Notorious B.I.G. Where Brooklyn at?”

The Bed-Stuy rapper, whose given name was Christopher Wallace, was fatally gunned down in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997.

Jeffries — who last year was voted among D.C.’s ‘Most Beautiful' —represents neighborhoods in central and south Brooklyn, along with areas of southwest Queens.
