MIDTOWN — His time is up.
A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged Thursday with stealing a dedication plaque from the Waldorf Astoria's famed clock, police said.
Brian Kromer, a resident of Stuyvesant Town, was caught on video strolling out of the hotel with two women on Feb. 28, the day the iconic hotel closed for renovations.
He was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, police said.
His attorney information was not available.
