LOWER EAST SIDE — A six-story condominium is slated to rise where the legendary rock club Sin-é, which hosted The Strokes and the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, shuttered a decade ago.

Two Kings Real Estate has unveiled renderings of the mixed-use building coming to 148-150 Attorney St., which will hold five condos above a ground-floor commercial space, according to Isaac and Stern Architects.

Construction on the project will begin this year and will wrap up in 2018, according to the developer's website.

The development will take the place of the former site of Sin-é, which occupied the space between 2001 and 2007 in the venue's third and last incarnation.

The club, which hosted such famed guests as Marianne Faithfull and Allen Ginsberg, first opened on St. Mark's Place in 1989 before moving briefly to Williamsburg in the mid-'90s when rent prices skyrocketed, according to the New York Times, then to its final resting place in the former Attorney Street garage. Club owner Shane Doyle had blamed the closure to the encroachment of gentrification.

The developer's announcement of the upcoming condos gave a nod to the "landmark music venue," noting the location "once played an integral part of Manhattan’s historic and trendy Lower East Side."

Two Kings purchased the property for $3.8 million, property records show. The sale was first reported by Bowery Boogie.

Two Kings did not immediately return a request for comment.
