FLATIRON — Dos Toros for un dólar.
A new Dos Toros location is opening in Flatiron Tuesday, serving up $1 burritos for part of the day to get new customers in the door, a spokeswoman said.
Customers will be able to get the discounted burritos from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., according to a spokeswoman.
The new restaurant, which opens Tuesday at 668 Sixth Ave. between West 21st and 22nd streets, will offer limited-run items, including extra vegetarian options and new recipes only available at the new location as a test run, according to a statement.
As part of the celebration, Dos Toros will donate food to the Food Bank for New York City for every meal bought on opening day, the spokeswoman added.
